Vasily Grachev

Vasily Vasilyevich Grachev graduated from the Glinka Nizhny Novgorod State Conservatory (class of Lev Sivukhin).

From 1993 to 2008 he headed the Perm Boys’ Choir Chapel, which under his direction became a laureate of all-Russian and international choral competitions and festivals.\nSince 2003 he has taught at the Perm Institute of Culture and Arts.

Since 2008 he has been artistic director and conductor of the boys’ choir of the Glinka Choir School, with which he has performed successfully at international cultural and economic forums, festivals of boys’ choirs of the Baltic region countries (Finland), the Moscow and St Petersburg Easter Festivals and the Neva Choral Assemblies.

Awarded the badge “For Achievements in Culture”.
